Window on Waikato was again a high-profile success, raising over $10,000 predominantly for Hospice. The raffle of outdoor furniture sponsored by Kevin Stephenson and Devon Furniture netted over $9000.

Elgar Henry’s Graffiti Cats again proved to be a practical and well-supported graffiti removal team.
 
Five Rotary Friendship Exchange couples from Devon were hosted by Club Members.
 
A Club visit was made to the Rotary Club of Paeroa and to the Paeroa Museum.
 
RYPEN at Pirongia Forest Park Lodge was a great success and well attended.

Chartwell Toy Library, Fairfield Primary School’s Disabled Unit, Waikato Cadet Unit and Parenting with Confidence were given donations. Swings were provided for Fairfield Kindergarten and book prizes funded for Fairfield College.
 
A decline in membership was discussed and a resulting sense of urgency was noted.
 
Alan Jones was honoured as a Paul Harris Fellow.
